Beyond Repair
Engineering for non-typical repairs is conducted when required, with approvals being accomplished using a coordinated effort between the design and engineering department, the structures technicians, and the Federal Aviation Administration.
With its advanced fabrication capabilities B&G Industries can expedite repairs even when original replacement parts are not available.
Faster Repairs
Completion of contracts can be expedited significantly by use of in-house production components when parts availability from a manufacturer becomes difficult or impossible.
Complexity
CNC machining capabilities provide B&G Industries with the ability to produce specialized, one-of-a-kind, highly technical or complicated parts and products.
Quality and Safety
When factory produced components are unavailable the B&G Industries fabrication shop manufactures aircraft structural components and aircraft skins to accomplish repairs using procedures and processes approved by the FAA.
Field approvals of repairs are accomplished by closely coordinating all repair planning and repair procedures with the FAA to insure that the highest quality of craftsmanship and safety standards are met.
